It's kinda, like,   The droog dealer sells you the heroin to make you addicted and omega-lvl99-phat, then they is sell you the methadone/suboxone  IN THE SAME shopping Aisle as the Heroin and the meth.

This is peak capitalism.  The problem and the treatment, but NO CURE.

New tariffs for medication were added last week. Not sure how that impacts personal supply runs across border but anything below $250 for ozempic is win for the supply runs.

maybe unethical or whatever, but it's really up to your own self to have some self control. it's not really your problem that costco sells cigs and alc and tubs of canola oil butter as long as you're not buying it all up and consuming it. so for most folks, doesn't really matter what they're selling. there's indeed plenty of crap out there you can poison yourself with that you can buy at the store.

I had a layover in Minnesota and was shocked by the amount of obese people.
The guy across the aisle from me on the plane literally had his side fat spilling so far into the walkway it took up 1/3rd the aisle.
But in his defense, they have 100% made the seats smaller and the aisles narrower. I had 500 asses rub against my buff rippling shoulders during the flights.
