GPU's toast. Can barely run the demo.  Pretty sure they're going to add Denuvo to the full version.

Game is overall well optimized given its presentation/fidelity.

7900xtx:
70-90fps @ 4K.
90-130 FSR 4.0.2c Quality (Looks pretty good, and works on 7 and 6 series RDNA3 via optiscaler)

Optiscaler is pretty great cuz it has an auto installer now. optiscaler client.
