I WOULD have said STS2 100%, but after hearing some of the early reviews idk...
It can always be patched.

The VS game just reminds me of when Edmund Mcmillan made Bumbo after Binding Of Isaac, and that didn't last. It did however lead to Mewgenics, which is great!
