SHOULD BE ILLEGAL.
It's a tremendous source of E-waste.
Offers no performance gain in 99% of usage cases.
What percentage of PC users actually have full out 250amd-350intel watt loads.
Even at those loads, ONLY the 350watt intel needs AIO, the 250amd watt will run 75-80C or so on a big 120mm/140mm heatsink.
AIOs have horrible reliability, and they can't be safely refilled/serviced by the average user.
Those hose orings WILL leak eventually, and the plastic elbows WILL eventually crack. The liquid will also simply evaporate through the hose to below critical at the 5-7 year mark. At which point, the water temp gets so high that catastrophic failure is set in motion.
Plastics don't like to be hot, they off-gas and embrittle rapidly.
Heatsinks will easily go 30 years with no mechanical problems, only fan swaps.
