He is weak, pretty fat, and sweats alot.

NE1 got one of these?  They wurk gud?

Hrrrm...  How does it direct the Hot side air of the tec.

Watched a few tear down videos.

It seeeeems, there's a big heatsink for the other side of the tec and some of the air is directed against it

WOULDN'T that just blow the hot air back at the person?

I'm sure I've once seen a video testing different neck-fans that cost a tenth of that price.
