Is demonstrated to be 8-20% IPC increase over 9700x.

So...

@ 4.1ghz, 9700x (zen5) scores 2444, while latest released show zen6c scored 2847


Tp4's 9700x, pbo maxed, pulls 3260 @ 5.75ghz

So per ghz scaling is 0.948


Zen 6 is going to be minimum 6.5ghz, likely 6.75ghz,  High-Potentially 7ghz

6.5ghz,   4282.35  + (30% performance single core vs zen5 9700x)
6.75ghz, 4447.06  + (36%)
7ghz,      4611.76  + (41%)

This is BEFORE  X3d vcache.
