Yet another for the pile! found this one on eBay for like 250$ OBO (I obo'd at ~100$).

this fine lad uses Cherry... uh... clears. [strike]TBA.[/strike]

pics! I love pics (that are not me!).

I can't open the case because it uses HEX keys (lol) of sizes that I do not own.

It has the "Everyone! To your battle station!" feel.

Altho, the majority of the Fun keys might not be aggressive enough ... unless the Quote keys, on the right, do spam "MY HOUSE!" or something while in-game.

Oh, indeed, sorry for rushing that one out. Yeh, looking closely it's some weird sans-serif, but very close to the Helvetica Rounded, if it just wasn't for the straight 't' and the tail on the 'G' (and probably some other stuff).

But yeh, nice type.

OK, I have to ask. The Sun/PC/EBS keys. Do they actually switch the operating mode of the keyboard, allowing you to plug them in to an older Sun box, a regular PC, and some other system of which I am unaware?
HHKB Pro 2 -- Custom UNIX layout Unicomp Customizer 101 -- IBM Model M 1391401 (modded to UNIX layout) -- IBM 1397000 (also UNIX layout) -- SSK in UNIX layout -- Model F 122 key in UNIX layout (Soarer USB "native")

actually yeah, according to the manual, i can use the keyboard through a switch/module to control many computers- including a SUN computer. 'EBS' is... i'm not sure.

Since this is a financial keyboard, EBS may refer to Electronic Broking Services.  I'm not positive, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone at some point had a dedicated system for this or some other electronic financial service.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like a G80-9009HAU with Cherry White switches. The one I'm thinking of is the Reuters re-branded board. The Reuters board has a different layout and is non-modular.

I'd love to have that on my desk.
