Pick a game and I'll be able to tell you, I think the arrival today means I have 9 or 10 copies of MGS4 at least... I think I have more copies of MGS3 though... but I'm still along way short :P

Sick! What's the difference between those 10 editions of MGS 4? Only different covers / languages or are there more subtle things?

Sick! What's the difference between those 10 editions of MGS 4? Only different covers / languages or are there more subtle things?

errmmm I'll try and list them off the top of my head :P ;

UK/EU Collectors edition
NA Collectors edition
JAP Collectors edition
UK White sleeve
UK Black sleeve
EU Platinum edition

All those are the launch copy of the game with Metal Gear Online, and no post launch patches.

25th Ann Edition
Asia Legacy Collection
NA Legacy Collection
UK/EU Legacy Collection

Those are all the 25th Ann re-release, which has MGO removed and has all the post launch patches, which include better install management and trophy support.

:)

I think that's all of them, as far as MGS4 goes I still need the Jap version of the Legacy Collection, the Asia and NA discounted versions (not sure what they are called but the only difference is different art and a coloured box) and then the boxed version of MGO that only came out in Japan.

Got three keycaps for the ErgoDox I'm going to build. First is MaxKeyboard's Power keycap. I'd like to run an LED under it to light up when the machine's on and dim light in a "breathing" animation when the machine's asleep, which should mean some fun firmware hacking.

The other two are from TechKeys, they're the nuke key and Vim key. I think I got the last vim key -- the page said "out of stock" yesterday and is 404ing today.

And now I'm waiting very patiently for my kb kit to arrive.
WTB a set of black-on-black, white-on-white, or gold side-printed cherry mx keycaps for the ErgoDox I'm building, please PM

I already have plans to buy the QWERkeys tester + keychain, and the CM Storm one whenever that comes out. I'm collecting keychains and mounted switch testers now.

Nice.  I was tempted to get one too.  Now there are at least 3 of these to get (this, QWERkeys and techkeys).
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Zis new keyboard and mice for my collection:

Have barely tried them, but still... Nothing new or even better than my other boards. Guess that's a bit good (since the old K60 and K90 were pieces of crap), but still... Guess I wished for a bit more or even being surprised, but didn't happened :-X

- Keycaps are so-so, CM Storm Trigger ones are far better, be it feeling-wise or painting quality. Still, both are crap compared to GOOD non-backlit keycaps.
- Build quality seems OK, but it's not all that much. Not like an front aluminium plate makes it better than others.
- There's almost no rubber feet and the height adjustment feet are just crap
- The wrist-rest should be bigger and have an better angle (it just feels weird)
- The wrist-rest connectors are bad. Not as bad as the Tt Meka G-Unit or CM Storm Trigger ones, but still bad.
- Extra keycaps may look nice but they aren't all that great (there are far better keycaps out there),
- Cherry stabilizers feel just as bad as on my CM Storm Trigger (the only keyboard with GOOD cherry stabilizers I've tried was the Tt Meka G-Unit)
