cant decide what should i go with  :-\ :-\ im aimming for minimalist/simple
give me some idea guys!

Beautiful white! I put my votes on the first one and third one! The first one is so very clean and minimal while the third one is cool and fun. Really can't go wrong with either one, imo. If I had to choose one though, first one for sure. Nice board :D

Board came in the mail a while ago but today a DIN->PS2 adapter arrived so that I can actually use it.

It's a G80-1501 with vintage blacks which I lubed and modded to 55g. Lovely keyboard, please excuse the dust and bad photo :)

There is something in beige keyboard and their square shapes that just screams awesome :) And the photo is not that bad :) it gives you the feeling that someone is working in this space, somehow peaceful and soothing :)

Grats on the board :)

I love beige and I love the simple classic styling of old Cherry boards. By bad photo I meant the lack of detail.. My lens is a bit dirty and I couldn't be bothered cleaning it so the photo's a bit fuzzy.

Yeah, the stock LEDs have a nice colour but they're a little dim. Thanks again for the board :) it's very solid and well made. Even without the metal plate it feels better made than my old filco.

The funny thing is... whenever I see this board I imagine a hot doctors receptionist chick with big ... eyes ... typing on it. Cause these were only used in doctors office :D

I've got that exact same G80-1501, complete with the medical card reader.   :p

By the way, those thick Cherry DS caps are absolutely fantastic to the touch, one of all-time favorite key sets!

I've got the card reader, although I took it out as it was a problem for me while I was clipping the stabilisers. The DS caps really do make a difference, they're the best caps I've ever used.

I also love the white caps on black body but I think it looks even better with a Red ESC key added to it too! Jealous. So very jealous. I wish the damn Leopold FC 660C had white keycaps :'(

Btw, those keycaps are from an old electric IBM typewriter, which of course, is buckling spring. I thought you might appreciate them since they have some extra legends on a few keycaps.

I hope you enjoy the candy/chocolate and thanks again for the wrist rest.

Still needs a bit of tinkering, and I have to figure out a foot (feet?) solution, but it's pretty sweet to see this come to fruition!

I got some "Light Duty Binding Posts" from McMaster-Carr.  They have one blank end, and a screw fastener on the opposite end.

So far I like the stainless steel ones, but I also got a batch of black aluminum ones, and some brass ones for the steam-punk look.

Interesting!

Hmm, I just checked. 32$ + 22$ shipping to my place isn't the best deal ever -.-

Gotta wait until there is a GH TKL GB here and we reach GH60 numbers ;)

Phantom in GB was not much cheaper. $35 including the diodes (diodes are cheap). The small amount you save isn't worth the wait or troubles. If you want a GH TKL then buy the phantom from mechboards.

A GB is unlikely for the current PCB revision, there might be one with updated design :)
