This is my first post in this thread

Today was early christmas for me (potato pic alert!):

I was the first to get the CCnG from round 2

In the same order I finally got my Klaxon set (I asked TJ to send both sets in one package to save shipping costs)

And if all this wasn't enough I also got my new Leopold FC700R with blue switches from HendyZone. Here with the CCnG Mods:

Plus, I got a notice from customs that another order from techkeys awaits me. This will be a Poker II with reds and the Lilly Set

. But I settled on Asuna because I like her and she still has some red.

The start of a slippery slope...I have a feeling I'm going to be spending a lot more on anime stuff now.

Where did you get that Asuka carabiner???!!! Also, it's time for you to buy those First Press Limited Edition Eva Blurays like me

I don't have a bluray player though

. Maybe its time I finally pick one up for my desktop.

The carabiner I got from amiami http://slist.amiami.com/top/search/list?s_seriestitle=CharaBiner&pagemax=30 and it was backordered so I had to place an order and wait for it. I really like the look of the eva 01 one as well.

Well then. Your build is turning quite quickly into a build I'd like to make in a couple of years (and gee, thanks for making me look into CaseLabs. I was all set to get a 900D, then I had to see the Merlin SM8 ;_; ).

Anyways, can't see how this build turns out. Please post benchmarks :D

The HC is over $800 bucks, so the ACX (looks killer) and EK blocks (nickle and clear plexi) come out less in the end! So now if I ever go back to air, I'll have the coolers to do it!

Caselabs is the best (my opinion), they make their cases so flexible! You can mount stuff just about anywhere. I hope they make a vertical GPU case (or option) soon!

I would think that delidding might warrant buying another CPU just in case, but just my humble opinion.

Yeah, Caselabs stuff looks great. If I didn't need to upgrade my GPU this year, I might buy one for my next build. My current build's going in a mATX case (benefit to buying a mATX motherboard

)

Vertical GPU sounds interesting, but I fail to see much sense in it, unless you're hot-swapping video cables...which doesn't make a ton of sense in the first place.

That's a very nice choice for your first mechanical keyboard. The sharp edges give the keyboard a more sophisticated look than, let's say, the Leopold FC200R.

The phantom is quite nice but there's not enough custom cases for the TKL size. GH60 is way better IMO (even though I love TKL) because of all the options out there.

What are most of the phantom round 2 users using as a case??? I'm curious.

I don't know what everybody else is doing, but I am waiting on takaki's group buy case to come through. At least I was lucky enough to have my plate and pcb delivered already though...
