My son has the K60. Only the primary keys are mechanical. The Esc, F keys and navigation keys are membrane. It's a joke. The sad thing is they market it as a 'mechanical' keyboard. I love Corsair's power supplies. Their RAM is decent. But I'd never buy one of their keyboards.

They actually addressed that and make K70 FULL mechanical.  Though I do admit K60 and K90 were jokes and I'd actually wait till reviews are out before deciding if I want this or not lol.

Now if only they made their software and firmware not complete and utter crap...

While I agree with that (every time I've updated the firmware there's been a problem), I think the K60/90 were perfectly OK from an everyday functional point of view. I've certainly had less issues with them than some of the more hyped-by-the-blind items here.

I like the simple black color scheme much better than the previous ones. I never quite understand why they only offer them with one type of switch. I have always thought of Reds like a niche (maybe wrongly). Would be more interesting if they also offered other options.

I would be hesitant to jump on it since the previous Corsair boards were not exactly trouble free (repeating keypresses) and Corsair's drivers are just generally kind of an annoyance.

They look much better than the old ones, however, I'm still out since they're only in red switches.  Red has to be my least favorite switch.

This is my approach as well. There are better options for much cheaper.

I'm of the same opinion, but still putting this out there in case anyone was wanting any of these.

I think all the big name company only offer one type of switch so it's easier to mass produce, market and maybe save cost?  Only Razer recently came out with MX Brown but even so it's only sold in limited locations.

Razer -> MX Blue, some MX Brown
Corsair -> MX Red
SteelSeries -> MX Black
Mionix -> MX Black
ThermalTake -> MX Black
Zowie -> MX Brown
Gygabyte -> MX Red
Logitech -> MX Brown

The only mainstream company that sells all kinds of switch is CM Storm, and Ducky only makes keyboards and Filco mostly makes keyboards so it's natural for them to carry all kinds of switches  :P
