My friend wants his first mechanical.

He wants the best tenkeyless he can get with MX Blues and Blue LEDs.

Any recommendations?

Ducky is the only option with LED + TKL..

There's nothing else.

You couldn't put LEDs on every switch in a KMAC. You could, however, with other Korean keyboards.

I think the Keycool 87 is an option as well (blue switches, tenkeyless and backlight). Do not know much about them, but the feedback I have read so far has been pretty good. I think Feng or Qtan might have them in their ebay shops. Ducky would be the more familiar option for sure.
