That probably means that it's stuck at your customs if it's stuck there with USPS processing.  I rarely see stuff get lost in USPS customs facilities.

Get the customs number and call up your customs and see if it's stuck or what.  You can also contact CC and see if he can check.
Its from the EK drawing so I doubt CC himself can help out. I will check with the post tomorrow, thanks for the info!
