Yup and it's one of the boards that I keep reaching for even though I try and rotate through my collection.

I received my first MX White switch a few hours ago and I do have to say I really like it, although I imagined it to be a bit more muffled, could be that it's right now unmounted, but I will do that later.

White is muffled click, Clear is non-clicky tactile bump.

MX Clear, MX White.

White: Clicky! Clicky clicky clicky!
Clear: NOT Clicky.

GIVE ME WHITES. They're pretty much the ONLY thing I want more than Greens. I wanted the Keycool limited edition 108 so bad because it was the perfect combination of MX Whites and Cherry stabilizers.

Someone here with MX Whites should do a typing comparison video of Blues vs. Whites to illustrate the difference in the click sound!

Oh for some reason I incorrectly remembered someone looking for youtube videos of MX Whites saying they did not find anything good that was comparative.  I assumed that was still the case.  Thanks for the links!

Don't compare Whites to Blues. Blues are 55cN - Whites are 80cN. Compare Whites to Greens.

Clears are often called whites in literature and documentation so it gets confusing.

The whites have a small nub on the stem like other clicky switches.

MX Clear, MX White.

Thanks, I read it really carefully. Just through the pictures, I think that white switch is more "white" than clear switch, mx white's color just like white A4 paper in office and mx clear is translucent white, am I right????

That was me, I was searching for a typing video with a whole keyboard with whites, which does not exist yet. Also my white switch definately sounds louder than the one shown in the video? I'm confused...

Nope, whites are clicky (pretty close to greens feel-wise), what you mean are clears.

Hmm, they sound intriguing; though I'm not sure I could deal with that actuation force.

I love my whites. I've owned blues, I currently own a brown, but this is my favorite. I type hard, so having the stiff springs is quite enjoyable. The quieter click then the blues is also a lot less annoying.
I hate everything.

Is a white just like a blue with a heavier spring? Or is it more like a Clear with a click? How big is the tactile nub, same as blue or clear, somewhere in between?

As said above it's basically a green switch with a muffled click.

Blue with heavier spring and a muffled click. Feels similar to a blue/green, a clear feels softer.

Partly because whites come factory lubed, and 'clicker' leg diff from what I've heard. I've got one in my desk if you want potato pics.

Lube, that's about it as far as I can tell. The sliders are identical apart from their color, red part is where it's lubed.

The plastic is different, so perhaps its sound characteristic could in turn be noticeably different.  Thanks for the photograph!  I'd love to get my hands on some MX Whites, but I've been missing all the good deals :(

Yeah, I could, but they are not what I would call cheap there (maybe cheap for MX Whites), after shipping and currency conversion.

Well there aren't any 'cheap' switches anywhere lately other than the blacks from whiskytango :(

Commies white GB had great prices.
