Try talking to Qtan or Feng about getting help to buy. That looks like a tao bao site but I'm not 100%.

tmall is a part of taobao, with same regional restrictions selling only to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong. Just like taobao you would need a buying agent or Chinese member to proxy your purchase.
37 set is about €10, 87 set €25, 104 set €28 before shipping cost.

Would you mind telling me why taobao only sells to China?

It's mostly the individual sellers. Theoretically it's now supposedly possible to buy direct from taobao/tmall internationally if you pay with visa or mastercard, but I haven't seen sellers that want to ship internationally. It's much the same situation for US person trying to buy something from ebay.de or ebay.co.uk where you more often than not have sellers that are simply unwilling to ship it for whatever reason.

Lol why? Are they considered bad? They look okay to me, they're PBT and i love the font and the price. Why dont u like them/consider them bad?

I have a few sets of kbc pbt caps. They are nice. Thick Pbt vs thick abs is a very big point of arguement here. Just buy them and see if you like them. If not plenty of others here will be interested in rebuying them from you.

Thanks for the additional info. Dont really know if those are thick, since everything is in chinese. From what ive heard and read, the thick pbts are much much better from the ordinary ones. Abs dont really get my attention since they tend to her the glossy shiny look when they are used for a longer period of time.

Looks phenomenal if u ask me, i like your customized keyboard. Btw, out of curiosity, what are those shiny keycaps that u have for arrow keys and esc button?

The shiny keycaps are just zinc keycaps I got from Feng, and the penguin is custom printed from WASD, so you don't have to worry about that haha!
