Health and Wellness - Fitness Trackers
« on: Sun, 29 September 2013, 17:40:40 »
Hey all! I am wondering if anyone else uses any fitness trackers?  I currently use a Fitbit Flex and love it.  If you have one post up what you have and whether or not you use a fitness tracker app on your phone. I'm hoping this thread can become a review/buyers guide for fitness trackers.  I'll add more information about various fitness trackers soon.

I was going to get that Nike Fuelband, but I realized I can't justify it since I never have time to work out.. Basically changed my eating habits to suffice :|.

I heard the Jawbone band works really well as it also tracks sleep

RunKeeper for Android (Probably IOS aswell) free and great for when I go out on a job. Calculates distance, altitude Carl's all the standard stuff, also tells you your speed which is handy for calculation your ETA when hiking.

Also sends you emails to congratulate you on beating your own records :D

Oops,sorry. Disregard :(
unless they have some unforeseeable downside (like they're actually made of cream cheese cunningly disguised as ABS)

I am very fit... I use will power, it's like your wrist band, except less gaudy and fully integrated..
