Period key not working?
« on: Tue, 17 December 2013, 12:27:18 »
Long story short after me complaining to a friend about wanting a keyboard, I had a package at my door this morning and suffice to say, he went and bought me a Christmas present

It was the noppoo choc mini, so I was excited as it's my favourite keyboard and my old one broke

I plugged it and oh what's that? The period key isn't working, so what should I do?

Should I sent it back, are there any work-arounds? I don't have a soldering kit, I don't know soldering works on keyboards, I have no knowledge there what so ever

Any help would be appreciated

No fixes available, had to go back to my Filco, sending this back to amazon/getting my friend to re-order a new one, it's a shame really, :/.

Maybe your keyboard is pregnant? ;)

Joking aside, I certainly hope my keyboard will arrive in one piece and fully functional. Would be a shape to have to way another week or two to start using it...

It's not the best feeling in the world, I think it's worse than missing your parcel to be honest with you, it's just horrible. :/

Ah well, I told my friend about it, he agreed to send it back and I ordered my own instead, he said he'll just get me something else rofl.

Isn't your only friend the ErgoDox? I guess since it is two pieces you can have two friends.
