POM is made from the juice of pomegranates, I think.  Pomegranates have polyphenol antioxidants, which are healthy.  And that's why POM keycaps are so sweet and delicious.

I'm also not sure which one has been used on Cherry POM keycap, Noppo Choc and Bangood.

For Cherry switch stem, one said it is Delrin, but I'm not sure about the others.

Anyway, your chart about plastics is actually very interesting, and the lower coefficient of friction for POM explains why they have that POM feeling, which I really like.  They feel "faster" and "harder" to me for some reason.  I just like POM.  The only thing I don't like is the in-filled letters you get with POM.  It's not the worst thing, but the little bump detracts from the cool slickness of the POM.  POM blanks would be the best.

^ +1 to this.  POM feels better.  I wish I still used MX, b/c I would get me some of those POM blanks.  POM does not feel "greasy" like shiny ABS, which feels gross.  POM feels "wet", but in a good way.  I dunno how to describe it any better.  And that wet POM feeling does make it seem like you're typing faster.  I dunno why that is either.  Probably need a neuro-psychologist to explain it.

POM and PBT are both great in their own way, that's really my opinion. I simply can't say which I prefer, I find both of them great to type on. POM is near frictionless while PBT has some friction..

I have a POM rainbow set like the one up there, I like the sound it makes when typing on and the hardness of the caps but when I have to get the keycaps out, it's a nightmare though, I don't know it's just me or the POM makes it so hard to pull the keycaps out anyway, I like POM over ABS
