I'll admit, I didn't know there was S-STP, that's pretty neat. I ripped into a DVI cable once, I think each wire was shielded, but they were like 28 or 30awg.
Yeah, I think I will stick with Cat5e UTP riser cable. Too expensive for minimal gains. If you use standard practices in your cable runs, interference shouldn't really be a problem.
