That's what happened when I joined a MD for a vaporizer.

Not sure about their tax policy.

Ah well, looks like they had a drop for these like 2 weeks ago to get it by Valentine's Day so guess if you order now it won't be here in time.

Regardless, there are still birthday cards and you could get it and save it for Valentine's Day next year

they did it at first around early january, I joined in... then when it gets closer to early February, they suddenly CANCELLED all the international order saying that the cost will be more than the cards itself.

now they opened it again for a late shipping.... sucks balls
