Not really. PCBs are usually FR-4 or another type of hard polymer that is translucent and brown/beige. You can see that the PCB is opaque in the second picture and especially the first one (you can see the edge) I think it's a white soldermask on the PCB.

Ahhh, while i am seeing whether my just build website can be found on Google , I saw this, I felt really happy that someone on geekhack could dig this out from taobao. About two month earlier i asked what you want on an rgb keyboard and this is it, its definitely not an keycool stuff(just because i have its key cap handy ) we designed this rgb keyboard upon two layer pcb with cpld direct connect 1 key one io low latency scanning technology while most of the company are struggling with four layers and the matrix layout. Try gs104.rgbkeyboard.com for more information. I will try to upload some video on YouTube these days. If anyone want an engineering version you can contact me through the Email address on the Website

I can get onto it, but I can't translate it because :IE9:

But there aren't any more pictures than OP posted.
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

Yep, that worked.  Looks like this year is definitely the year of the RGB mechanical.
