Sometimes when I'm working nights and my body clock is ****ed I will skip a meal.
Provided you get about 2500 calories a day (depending on how strenuous your day is etc), regardless of how many meals you have (and provided it's healthy blah blah blah) you should be ok.
It might be something like that , my days aren't physically exhausting , so my meals are probably enough .
I think I might be hungry in the morning because my breakfasts are light (milk + toast/cereals) .
For those who breakfast , do you eat a thick breakfast ? Like bacon and eggs seems pretty common in USA ?
The thing is, that 2500 calories is the MINIMUM for a man to function day to day with no strenuous activities at all. If you do any exercise or heavy lifting at work, you need to start upping that amount.
I've done serious calorie counting for an entire year when I was younger..
I never got anywhere near 2500 calories.. without feeling uncomfortably overcharged..
it's a warm feeling, like you're always on the verge of sweating... but you're not really doing anything...
1700 on days I don't work out.. and 2000 on days I do ...
