Not sure about the link. Why don't you ask the vendor?
I love O-rings. Why?
1. Eliminates clack from the keypress entirely. With linear switches (Black, Red), you can achieve sound dampening to near rubber-dome levels. On clicky switches (Blue, Green, White), the click is pure.
2. Softens bottom of the keypress. Significantly reduces fatigue at higher, sustained typing speeds (say, 80 WPM and above at 5 minutes or more). If you're like most people, you will tire at higher speeds due to harder keypresses. Each impact adds up quickly over time on your finger joints.
3. Reduces key travel. Less time pressing a key means faster and perhaps more efficient typing sessions.
These are facts, but they happen to be the reasons why I love them too. I'm getting MX Reds, DSA caps (low profile, but maybe a longer stem due to absent cross in the keycap), and 0.4mm O-rings.
