hahahaha..

I read somewhere that this is caused by wearing shoes that are too tight, so the "flesh" under the big toe isn't allowed to expand..

I hear flip flops fixes the problem..  or (wider tip shoes).

I had this when I was younger, I ended up having both big toe nails removed several times.

OUCH!

And the bandage ALWAYS stuck in the wound.  Even the guaranteed non-stick bandages.  Every time.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

I don't bite them. But I use fingernails to cut toe nails... Don't ask how, I just sorta do it. Whenever big toe nail is in that corner, I proceed to cut it and pull the whole corner off. The relief...

I can bite the big toe. That's about it.

I used to tear my nails. Like just pull off the extra but that leaves an ugly edge and takes forever to smooth out so I started clipping them.

Now, I hate the feeling of clipping them so I just file them down.
