How do normal people afford to this...

These prices are insane..

It's not expensive converted to USD, but relative to the average wages of the locals, this is pretty ridiculous..

unpossible,  I could not have been mistaken for Murican'  I am ex-yellow on the outside.

clothes, accent, smell.

My cloths are similar enough, I smell like sweating probably, since I sweat more than the average native, because they're more acclimated to the humidity here.

Accent.. possibly but not detectable under normal circumstances, such as shopping

I had to read what this is - sounds great!

But raw meat is reduced 5:1 so it stands to reason that it would cost at least 5x the price of the original meat.
