I'll be in San Francisco for that Monday night and I'm looking to mooch off somebody rather than book an actual accommodation.  I will buy you beer and/or food, maybe a keyboard or two, and the pleasure of my humorous company.

Fyi, I smell bad, I'll probably pee on your toilet seat, eat all the food in your fridge, and weird out any roommates or family that you have around.

For serious offers, please send me a PM.  Please ask if you have any questions.  Thank you.

Fine. If I could get some recommendations on top sleeping spots for the homeless, that would be appreciated.

I'm going with AirBNB.  Some decent places there for under $100.  All I really need is a place to sleep for two nights, nothing more.  I'll even sleep on someone's back porch/garden.  I have some cousins that just moved to the city, but they work a lot and don't seem too welcoming to guests.

you mean driving one of these babies across the pond?

(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

If I was going to kill someone in San Fran, I wouldn't tell people I was going there.

It could also be a double feint

He says he won't, we think he does, but then he really doesn't, so we think he doesn't, but THEN HE DOES
