A fast group buy! I can't believe this is even possible. I read about the compact 1800 keyboard not long ago, and now it is even shipping?
Can anyone confirm the board in the pic in the OP has 98 switches? I have a bag of 100 Zealios so if I've counted that right my ISO build will need every one of them. If I can't count after a handful of beers I might be a couple short, and that would just be annoying

Taking into account the excessive chattering that seems to occur with many Zealios I'd look into ordering some more if I were you.

I also have 20 linears so if some do turn out bad (non removable switch tops ) I can swap them in, but most importantly I have 100 purple stems so all good
Look what arrived today!Show Image
Woah nice being so close to Korea! Build that baby!

I am actually a little confused when it comes to assembly, the stabalizers especially.I assumed they are mounted first, and then the plate is? Doing this leaves a littel space between the plate and the PCB. This is normal correct? The switches themselves leave a little space between PCB and Plate when locked it.Image:Show ImageThis is correct, right? The plate will go over, I will solder every switch in, then I close it up in the case, right?
So like this?Show ImageWith a small space between plate and PCB like this?Show ImageSorry for asking so many questions, but this is kinda different from my last build and I'd hate to have to desolder everything after I finish.

I made that mistake once...

I made that mistake once... Thank you for the assistance. Here it is with all switches snapped in. Gonna have to take another look at that bottom row, not sure about spacing. And I am still on the fence about that split spacebar. I want it, but getting keycaps for it will be hell.Show ImageAnyway, I will solder it and probably be done this time tomorrow (if I don't run out of solder, only got one small spindle :D).Quote from: gadzkun on Sat, 02 January 2016, 00:20:07now i cant wait for mine too arrive :pnice build with green switch :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:I absolutely love greens. I was considering getting some gateron blues and switching springs since they are so highly praised, but it ended up being way to expensive to get them here.
