Why is anime so ****ing horny all the time,

Sex sells. That's it. Some are exploiting teenage viewers' increased hormone levels to get them to watch, and I think we've seen that a lot in American movies and TV-series as well.

There is a lot of anime that that isn't like that: even when the series is directed to teenagers, with teenage protagonists.
For example, I'm watching "Kill Blue" right now. It is about a middle-aged man (a contract killer) transformed to be a teen again, and working to protect a teenage girl pretending to be her boyfriend. There are themes about love, and such, but I wouldn't say that anyone is getting sexualised. Instead, the protagonist is even repulsed about the idea of getting too close to anyone.

The developed world has declining birthrate numbers. Japan is encumbered by having a society not adapted for women working after having children.-

Secs in media is a form of neuro-motivational hijacking.

It diverts energy and attention.

This represents not only media, almost the entirety of modern human industry is defined by consumption of hyperpalatables, <Pleasure> absent biological imperative/purpose.

Japn is in end game capitalism as is the US, the behavioral sink has run so severe that they will self-terminate like Calholn's mice.

Raising children is just about the most exciting and challenging and rewarding thing that you can do in LIFE.

It's a great sadness for me that I never will. Many people these days have avoided getting children because the future of the world looks bleak and because of the economy. I've had coworkers who had (unplanned) children anyway, already fifteen-twenty years ago and then lamented the state of the world that their children would grow up into. For me it is also that I don't want to pass on my cancer genes, and force the person I love the most to go through a similar type of hell to what I have.

Obviously Economics.  Why is this even questioned, it's a solved question.

A Developing economy's Farmer's children benefits him precisely because he gets the labor input.

Well, this weeks Rick and Morty was a lot better than last weeks. A low bar, considering that death punch episode was the worst episode in recent memory.

I Didn't know that there was a third season of Terror released last month, so watching it. Cannot tell just yet, if its good or not. 1st season was good, second was kinda meh, so I hope they fixed themselves and 3rd one will show some good horror vibrations.

Tp4 is almost certain the script was heavily AI-ed. 

THAT SAID,   the actors all did a great job, comedic,  A worn plot, performed admirably, is still a Job-Well-Done.

Tp4 would like to report, that after nearly 20 years of Attempts, He the Great P4 has finished Godfather Part 1.

All previous attempts had ended around the 25minute mark, as Tp had fallen asleep..


It's an overall good movie for its day, as it updated the Imperial fantasy for the modern era..

Will now attempt Part 2.

Recently rewatched Only the Strong (1993) with some of my buds.
It is amazing how much of a good time this film is. Insanely goofy in the best way possible.

Wrapped up watching it tonight. Meh. Very mid.
Bootleg Michael Keaton awkwards himself through a vastly superior supporting cast towards an inevitably predictable conclusion, while encountering familiar tropes along the way.

I really enjoyed episode 4 though, Beach Reads

it feels like every episode of Rick and Morty this season is only designed to showcase elaborately animated fight scenes
they feel meaningless without the pomp and buildup of previous seasons lending weight to some boss battle, and now my eyes just begin to glaze over during each one

I feel this way all the time. Any sort of "action" show/movie has to have them.
Even my all-time favorite, the Star Trek Universe, has to have a fist fight every 20 minutes.
Come on guys - you can build FTL ships and teleporters, but you have to duke it out with bare knuckles every single time?
Give me a break - Don't waste my time with garbage filler.

Yeah, I didn't understand the hype of Obsession either. I actually had to watch it in 2 parts because I was getting so bored.
Unlikable characters too, totally unrelateable.

This is inherent in Democracy.  The state requires at least superficial agreement from the population, well, it MUST LIE, ALL THE TIME,  the people who shuffle upwards in this system are the best liars and the most psychotic.


There's nothing wrong with the spirit of democracy,  the problem lays in its INCOMPATIBILITY with Humans.

So many anime series that started this weekend. I feel like I have to watch each one, to find which ones are worth following. So far none really stands out...

I'm going to watch the new seasons of Magilumiere and Mushoku Tensei though.

The new Ghost in the Shell series premieres on Tuesday.
It has a different art style that is less like previous anime and more like the original comics.
I'm afraid that the story will just be a new adaptation of the manga though.

A Certain Scientific Railgun season 4 still hasn't got a release date. A Certain Darkside Item starts on October 10th, and I doubt they'll overlap so there's no chance we'll see Railgun until at least next year.

Tp4 were sitn' under a tree 2day.  For mere moments, he'd forgotten the world was in crisys, and that there was anything more than the bugs and plants around him.   Are the flies and moths and mosquitos not the fairies written of by the drunk fools, they are at the very least, the ONLY animals who have not shunned humans.

In any case, it must be so easy for some people to live in a state of ignorance, as if all that mattered was their own microcosm of nonsense.
