My Ergodox is Haunted.

I opened up a switch just now to try a mod I was thinking about..

The switch was my - j - key, just arbitrarily picked the one in the middle.


i take the keycap off, remove Top lid of switch, removed the stem, and there was no spring underneath.. 

I checked the floor and the bottom of the stem..


only one explanation remains,  GHOST-Springs.

a. you can drench it in holy water, in this case alcohol or ramen soup. the ghost might be from China, if it's the case use bai ciu

b. Smear flower petals all over it and use incense

I left it overnight in front of my Guan Yu statue.

Lit 5 incenses.. for 无.. 


Should be sufficient for low level ghosts such as this..

you have to undergo some serious training for a year in China, you must survive with rice and rame alone, you're not allowed to enjoy watermelon until your training is complete

And you must not get attracted to the other gender, this is where I failed

I'm using 55g springs from like 2013 I believe..

It was a good year for springs..



Update to the Ergodox situation:

I noticed today that 1 of 5 incenses did not burn completely in front of my Guan Yu statue..  where I've placed the ergodox overnight to exorcise the ghost spring's spirits..

Hrmm.. I will reaching out to my Taoist master for potential explanations.
