Sorry about that man. About a year back I was fired from my job, which was a position that I had worked extremely hard to get and was basically my entire future. I even relocated my wife and kids to a rural area in another state for that job. Three months after getting hired, I was told to clean out my desk and I was escorted out of the building.
It was my fault. I worked so hard to get that job, and it was nothing like I had been hoping. I hated going to work. The third time I came in late, I was fired on the spot. I shook hands, said thanks for the experience, and got out of there. I ended up finding a dream job in my field three months later, and I haven't looked back. It pays double the salary that I was making at my old job.
My only advice is to take a couple days to have freedom and celebrate not having to go to work, and then spend 6-8 hours a day submitting job applications online and searching for openings. You'll find something. I went from being unemployed to employed in three weeks. Best of luck man!
