ACtually.. YES.. ^^^...   Fructose is what's causing the perfect storm.. while it doesn't itself raise bloodsugar, it reduces the effectiveness of your body's natural insulin..

Table sugar is 1 part glucose and 1 part fructose..   The deliciousness is killing America.

Apparently tho, no matter how much I say otherwise, the one thing I just can't get enough of is disappointment.

NEVER MIND..   this book is impossible to read... the prose gives me a headache, and the author never gets to the point.

ACtually.. YES.. ^^^...   Fructose is what's causing the perfect storm.. while it doesn't itself raise bloodsugar, it reduces the effectiveness of your body's natural insulin..

Table sugar is 1 part glucose and 1 part fructose..   The deliciousness is killing America.
I eat homemade jelly sans fructose and sugar  :) That is how I roll
