Subtitles in GoT?
« on: Sun, 08 May 2016, 19:21:26 »
Sooo... I've found meself a copy of GoT season 1-5 with the piratebay discount. Now, I don't like to watch without subtitles. So here I am asking you lovely people on how to add it so I may read and watch.

I've got the files for the subtitles and don't want to follow along like it's an audio book. I'm curious if I can drag and drop the srt file in somewhere...

If you're using VLC player, just go to the Subtitle menu and "Add Subtitle File.." and select the file. What I usually do is just name the .srt file to the same name as the video file and it just loads automatically. If it doesn't load automatically, you can go again to the Subtitle menu and your subtitle file should be listed under the Sub Track menu.  :thumb:

also, so you dont have to add each file when starting an episode. if you make the names the same as the video file, you can put them in the same folder and they will load automatically.
