Now that I seldom do it anymore loading up on carbohydrates always makes me feel bad for a couple of hours.
And remember:

Starchy or sugary food cause a release of serotonin -- the opposite effect of depression.

I sometimes get tired after a large fatty meal, such as after having had a pizza.
Calling that "depression" is demeaning to people with real depression - which is a serious disease.

I love that full feeling. Right smack-dab in the middle of a warm Sunday afternoon. Gorging myself on delicious fried delectables and cheeses, perhaps a beer or two.

Sit on the deck with the cat for 30-40 minutes smoking dope and watching the squirrels chase each other around as the wind tickles the hairs on your full tummy.

Take a nice fulfilling ****, then tuck under the covers for about an hour and nap it off.

Got to love the feeling of a full belly. Sets the tone.
