I count how many strokes of the brush I do, but I don't know how much time it takes.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

flossing everyday = 30minutes (total)
brushing = 5minutes
Rinsing = 1minutes

I don't care what the data says - my janky teeth need it.

Not sure how long I brush; probably no more than a minute. I floss once a night, use toothpicks after lunch, and brush two-three times a day. Never had a cavity, go to the dentist every five years or so, and my teeth are a light bone color; not fluorescent white, but a soft tone of bone.

do this in a cold shower/ice bath while humming your national anthem to maximize those gains

I think it's suppose to be natural bone color,

The hollywood teeth is kind of a retro-brite affair.

That's what I always thought. The teeth on TV look unnatural. I'm totally fine and confident with my bony teeth.

I think the titanium white looks good on some people,  but not when it's a Huge contrast with their skin.

Sometimes, it's just toooo bright..

The natural color of teeth is suppose to be slightly yellow.

The TV-appearance people use Ultraviolet dyes to make their teeth appear glowingly white.

If you think that looks good (in conjunction with) your skin tone, You can ask for it at the dentist.

LOL..  /NT Investigates

/Tp4 investigates, future report

NT found dead in his apartment. Coroner reports he's choked to death on a ball of dental floss. There was 5lbs of additional dental floss found in his stomach during autopsy.

With a history of depression and mental instability entwined with socio-economic hardship,  The Final Police report has identified the death as a suicide.

There u go Mertx,  Tp4 wrote the coverup.. No killz Tp4
