Add a block of Ice Cold Tofu from fridge..




That's the Healthy Option..  You can also add cold Hotdawgs, or sandwich meats.

They all work like ice-cubes in the hot soup, to cool it faster..

You can get the same effect if you stick your mini tp in the hot ramen soup
