Hey everyone!
I'm glad everyone enjoyed the first meetup so we have already began working on the next! This post is about a smaller meetup which will take early next year (January/February) as Chyros is moving back to the Netherlands and so won't be able to attend the main meetup! The main (large) meetup will take place September, October or November next year and so we thought it would also be fitting to have a smaller one in the meantime.
All the details are of course yet to be confirmed, including the location and exactly when. But we are considering hiring a place as a sort of 'proof of concept' so we have some experience with hiring out a place for future meetups.
Coming along shouldn't be expensive to anyone, and all costs will go towards hiring the venue.
In terms of organising the main meetup, all of that will begin early next year. All organisation will take place on reddit and will be cross posted to the Facebook group; any polls or questionnaires that we will run will be done through google polls.
