Maybe 15, but thankfully I don't have that much I need to shed.

Be more patient and appreciative of my family
Stop scrolling aimlessly through newsfeeds on my phone
Work harder at my job
Stop biting my nails, I'll tackle that later.

Read the wiki. I'll give the deep breaths a go. I managed to give up for for a 9 month period and a 6 month period the last few years but lapsed. Switched from smoking to vaping as well but I don't know if that's much of an accomplishment or a case of moving across. I have to grow to dislike something before I can really knock it on the head then I'm able to stop or dabble.

2 pounds of plain baked chicken breast is only around 1,500 calories...  Add in a little steamed broccoli and it's only around 1,650 for the day.

But it's such a large amount, most people would a quarter of a pound of chicken with their meal I'd think xD .

That chicken weighs more than your frying pan, Chyros.
