This is one of the many reasons why you need to get an outdoor wok burner Tp. All the asian foods too stinky boi...especially fish sauce.

I wonder how much Kimchi koreans eat per capita ....

I think I read that it is about 100 grams per day.
"However, even though I was born in the Mesozoic, I do know what anyone who wants to reach out to young people should say: Billionaires took your money. They took your chance to buy a home. They took your chance at a good education. They stole your opportunities. Billionaires took the things you want in life. If you really want those things, you have to take them back.
That's the message. That's the whole message. Say that every day, not just to reach America's frustrated young white men, but people of every age, race, and gender.
Late-stage capitalism is a wealth-concentration engine, focused on vacuuming up every dollar and putting it in as few hands as possible. Republicans are helping that vacuum suck.
How does a tiny fraction of the population get away with this? They do it by dividing the other 99% of Americans against themselves."

Only a rice maker for us.  No special kim chi container, it's just kept in the fridge.  She doesn't feel like making it and is content to just buy it when the cravings strike.  In that sense, I'm lucky as there's not always kim chi in the house.

The home cooking is good.  She'll often adjust some of the recipes a bit for a bit healthier foods - short rib used for soups like kalbi tang gets subbed out for brisket.  Less fatty and easier to eat.  Really, she likes and cooks all kinds of food.  She's taken a few 1-day classes on various things like Thai and Indian food so we get those now and then along with Korean and European things (usually French and Italian Americanized food) along with more California cuisine.  Trying out the foods of other nationalities is something she really enjoys.
