Not talking about things that seem "unbelievable", they blatantly lie to forward both political and scientific agendas. Many many vegan organizations have been exposed for these things over the years...not to mention that new "What the Health" doc on Netflix.
Also I want your personal sources and studies, I don't need to find my own. I have my own beliefs after doing similar research, so I am just curious how you personally came to these conclusions. List of studies you have looked at, not just people telling you how they themselves came to a conclusion after looking at the studies. Maybe a list of the diets used in them, what was the non vegan diet vs. the vegan/vegitarian, how many people participated and how much they took genetic makeup/family history into account, etc. etc.
You made the claims not me, so show me what you got my man.
Also as a note, I'm not discouraging you from eating this way. If it makes you feel better and is improving your life, then by all means continue.
I've already told you
the 2 books, and the 3 names
book1, China Study, Colin T. Campbell
book2, Prevent and reverse heart disease, Esselstyn
These are the books i read..
And those 3 names, are the ones I vetted .. Ornish, Campbell, Esselstyn,
What you are aiming at is obviously, - Dude-snail, doesn't want to do the work -
hahahaha.. what you're trying to do right now, is win an argument, by deflecting from having to do any reading on your own.
That is not the right way dude snail, if you don't want to have this discussion, just leave, hahaha.. You gain nothing by sitting here..
