« on: Fri, 08 September 2017, 19:36:53 »

::RICE

:Double veggie stir-fry

:Tomato soup

5x to 6x of these ,   Bout, every 3 hours..

Yes Tp4 eats 5x-6x a day..   Because this stuff has very little calories.

Still losing weight.

Everything together here totals to ~400-500 calories.

Super Rice Tip::

If ya'll zoom in closely at the rice grains..

Notice they look pearlescent, like white jade, with good subsurface scattering..

This is the result of keyed-in hydration ratio, 4 hour presoaking and proper flame control.

Tp4 does not use rice cooker, Tp4 uses a pressure cooker, (for better seal, not cooking at high pressure/temp)

Overblow the rice,  it will turn a dull chalky white, and look wet,

Underhydrate, and well, you can't eat it..

The mouth feel should be similar to (al-dente) with noodles.

Best description would be,

Each kernal of rice, should have a chew-consistency that's a cross between jellybean and a gummy-bear..

So what's your stance on GMOs, pesticides, and the like?  You've mentioned cost being a problem for going vegan - one of the foods you mention that you tend to eat most of - rice - is very likely to contain some nasty pesticides that are known to be hormone disruptors (TP getting boobs?!) carcinogens (you mean, like red meat?  NOwai!), neurotoxins (doesn't explain TP's voracity for starting threads), etc..

Hahahahahahha..

Yea.. lots of up and down information on this stuff..

Based on my own verifications on   Contaminants   thus far.

Meat consumption is the most contaminated source of pollutant chemicals entering human bodies.

This is because, whatever pesticide, environmental pollutants there are associated with plants,  It is Concentrated in a COW.

Because we feed 70% of our country's grain TO livestock.

Eating meat is a super dose of any chemical related to plant-contamination. The higher in the food chain you eat, the higher the concentration of contaminants.

The livestock in general is laden with growth hormones..  Ever since they banned a couple of growth hormones,  what the meat industry did was alter the chemical composition a bit, and called it an antibiotic.  While it actually has very similar properties to the original growth hormones..

Hormones are carcinogenic because cancers cells (which all of us innately possess) are laden with receptors.  increase even in minute quantities of igf create a drastic effect.

Fish is also problematic due to mercury, which is bio accumulating, as in you can't get rid of it..

There is a noticeable and testable 5% degradation of mental faculties in people only eating 3 meals a week of fish due to mercury accumulation.

Mercury is toxic in many ways, but very very bad for ones nervous system.

The Menbewb issue is quite pronounced in average america, predominantly due to milk and beer.

Milk and (meats) are by far the greatest contributor, because  milk is produced while the cow is still pregnant in this country.

This means the cow is in a cycle where its estrogen hormones are extremely elevated.

Beer is the second largest contributor,  the beer hops specifically is very estrogenic, so much so that women handling beer hops have a significantly increased incidences of breast cancer,  and men handling the stuff have greatly reduced sperm count.

GMO ,  this may end up being bad,  but it's not like i have much of a choice on it.  I simply do not possess the means to purchase all non-gmo, organic produce..

He's burning more energy doing all these off topic posts!
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
