Also why NONE have improved in the last 10 years.

Primary cause is the Deleterious effects of animal foods in sports..

Of the 2,151 fastest Marathon Times, Kenya (1,119), Ethiopia (412)

USA (only 38)


We've got plenty of black people, why arn't they faster than the dudes from kenya and ethiopia.

Our black people have all the training advantage, ANY and ALL the food they could eat, the best facilities, the best medical care,   AND YET,  those destitute Kenyans and Ethiopians are ahead by an indescribable margin.

Videos of the TOP Kenyan and Ethiopian runner's training camp, Literally, they're shacks built with Re-purposed corrugated sheet metal..

But That SPEED>...... How do they do it ??    vvvvv

Found a problem.

You can't be 92% vegan. Being vegan is all or nothing. They mean a plant based diet :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Well... this is how it works,  If you look at their fats intake.. 6% kenya, 11% Ethiopia.   That is almost a 100% vegan diet by Volume, because Even if animal foods were eaten,  it couldn't account for more than 2 chicken nugget sized chunks of LEAN meat, per ENTIRE DAY.


There are NO AMERICANS eating just 2 Chicken nuggets worth of meat each day, That's why we're severely behind when it comes to Cardiovascular Prowess..


This is a highly polarizing sport in that its greatest emphasis is  Cardio Vascular..  That's 2 things,  Cardio,  and VASCULAR.


The high fat content of the Standard american diet destroys the endothelial cells in the body's vascular system.. Our distance runners simply can not compete at the same level with ruined blood flow..
