Why don't they make: High Fiber/Spicy/Low Sodium which is the best of all the options?

Grandiose views of self, devaluation of others, lack of empathy, gaslighting (distorting facts and insisting on blind obedience to one’s own view of reality) – all in service to the ego of the narcissist – pose clear and present dangers to relationships.
