Yea as said before they need to recover from the stress of being transported. It's likely that its too early to transplant and repeated stress can trigger unexpected behavior in certain plants such as expending its energy into seed production or blooming early in a last ditch effort to reproduce instead of continuing with any vegetative growth. I'm sure putting the plants out of direct sunlight, indoors with a nice movement of air will benefit the plant as this will protect them from any high winds or other natural stress inducing elements. At least for a little while. Good luck.
