Massdrop "gaming" keyboard vote is happening now.

It's that time again. If you're looking for a possible discount on a keyboard, now's the time to back your favorite!

It's pretty much down to Filco vs Blackwidow/Topre right now.

Please note the realforce is in the running. Discounts on these are quite rare, so if me can get that price down a little, I'm sure many topre fans will rejoice (and maybe I'll break down and buy one)

I voted for a QFR, but I may change to the realforce.

Keep in mind I do believe you need a massdrop or facebook account to log in and vote.

Can someone suggest the 55g model?

I think you can vote for multiple boards, up to 3 each time you vote.

Realforce is not going to happen (though I would be so down). The way these polls work is anyone can add anything. Skies the limit.

Unfortunately, they will just contact RF and be told no most likely and continue on down the list of winners...

yeah... i wonder who recommended the realforce? i'd love to see that happen but unless they work out some distribution via EK (which is probably at odds with EK's distribution contract with Topre) there's no way in hell this is happening.

MD attempts to make the winner happen (contact manuf/seller and attempt arrangements).  And when that fails, they try the runner up... repeat until success.

I voted for the realforce because those almost never are on sale, but I doubt EK would agree to discount for massdrop  :(

and I doubt EK would agree to let them...

I have the same suspicion, especially since the Topre boards are "on sale" right now on EK due to the devaluation of the Japanese Yen.

Oh the yen makes me happy. Nothing wrong with getting a brand new HHKB shipped for $230.

The list I saw said "EK edition" on the Realforce.  I assume that means that they would go through EK and try to get a volume discount.  Not necessarily outside the realm of possibility.
