Well a ho will always be used unless she's new to the business. I thought of one. Judging by the looks of my mouse, and I clean my hands before I sit down at the keyboard, I would not buy a used mouse. Mine looks nasty, I can imagine other peoples. My little brother also has the same mouse, it's now shiny.
And this is why I hate IOS. Make pictures all upside down.

At first, I was extremely against used keyboard parts, anything keyboards, i was against.

But...after discovering my love for cherries, finding *new* boards and parts is unrealistic and uncommon. it still happens, but very rarely.

Now i'm fine with anything used pretty much...caps, switches, cases. just needs a good cleaning

the one thing now i wont buy used is headphones and audio...no chance for that lol

There are vending machines selling any condition Japanese schoolgirl panties?
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Any internet-related hardware such as modems, routers, cards, etc.

Otherwise I don't mind used stuff, as long as I feel that it can be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly.

A few years ago before I knew of mechanical keyboards being available, I would have said "keyboards". Some rubber-dome keyboards are consumables - short life-span and not repairable.

I'm actually about to leave for a flea market right now. Cheers! ;)

I've never bought any used items before, and I think I never will - unless I get a super nice deal of some sort. :)

Oh, there is one thing that I have to tell you that I would never buy used, because it is unsafe: a helmet with styrofoam lining.

You can often see used bicycle helmets, motorcycle helmets, riding helmets, hockey helmets etc. at flea markets, but that is something which you must not buy used. First of all, if it has been in an accident, it is ruined, and you can not always see if it has. Second, impact foam deteriorates over time - it has a life-span of about five years before the foam lining has lost its impact-absorbing qualities and the helmet has to be replaced.

The only exceptions would be helmets only intended for fancy dress costumes (Halloween, cosplay etc.). Hard hats are fine, because they work in a different way.

(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.

Eh that's a pretty good deal, you can replace the heads easy enough. Magnitudes better than a non-electric toothbrush too.

Pretty much anything I feel like I can not properly clean (or doing so would be too much hassle). A lot of "PC peripherals" fall into that category for me.

We buy used shoes for the kids all the time....of course it's from people who we know well and they almost always look brand new....
