Been trying to fix my circadian rhythm for the last few weeks. ****'s difficult when your body's used to going to be at 6am and waking up at 3pm. Slowly getting better though.
Blame computers...
Cuz without computer... there'd be nothing to do to keep you awake so late.
I used to (and still do) stay up late reading books. Now I stay up late reading patents and the like online, then, when I go to bed, I read a book anyway.
Us bibliophiles don't get sleep.

About getting enough sleep: I got stuff to do! I'm more efficient at the average task than the average person, even when underslept, so I would say it's more efficient to stay up and work than sleep in.
