Their most popular website for wildfire smoke tracking has been on the fritz lately.

While it could just be overloaded due to how many fires there are, last year they changed how it displayed to make it look like they had better air quality than they did so it's not out of the realm of possibilities.

Unrelated observation feel that Canadians are suspiciously nice, like the act like they are the nicest people but are secretly cruel, idk that's probably more of a reach than what your saying here, it's probably just too many people trying to access it/server issues.

Man, wait till you read about the whole maple syrup industry conspiracy. They got entire reserves of syrup in Canada, and they have this regulatory board that controls the supply leaked out to drive prices up. There's a bunch of dubious grade marks handed out that determines the wealth of your syrup. And the maple syrup regulatory board is experimenting with suicide bomber kangaroos in Australia, which is weird they have a military branch for the maple syrup sector.
It's a whole rabbit hole.

It looks like they've been tweaking the maps / doctoring it,

Cuz the smoke path now looks nothing like that which is tracked by purple air. Whereas for the past months, it's tracked exactly 1:1

Could believe that, especially with the way other industries work (like diamonds). Suicide bomber kangaroos could be effective and you wouldn't know because you could hide the bomb in a pouch, but so will drop bears and you don't need to risk strapping a bomb to them, just not getting your face ripped off.

Oh, we see what they doin', They've updated the algo to get ready to Blame America as our own fire season kicks off, Direct attention to the smoke coming off the bottom it's not just us canada smoke. Meanwhile, the big gash of red going across the midwest to east coast is completely invisible.

Jesus, I remember during the Australian bush fires back during the pandemic we had hazardous air all across the state. Is there thick smoke in Tennesse cause during the fires there was a thick smoke that was everywhere even down in lower victoria. These fires seem to be even worse than those ones, which were already catastrophic to the enviroment and the natural flora and fauna.

There's a major haze here in GA - noticed it the morning before a warning popped up due to the change in color of the sun that morning. It's bad and I know Atlanta already has pollution issues but this spiked it higher.

Canada smoke site is definitely Doctoring the map, QUITE SEVERELY, one might add.

All the RED dots are current "Out of control Fires" Yet no where to be seen on canada smoke , Compare these 2 websites. These lying cheatin' moth....

It seems like, they are manipulating the model to cancel out and reduce projection assuming the smoke dissipates much more quickly than it does.

So it'll look like whatever smoke's out there wasn't (anada's fault, but IT TOTALLY WAS..

They've also lightened the weight by about ~30 ug/m^3 across the board, so the splotches are 1 whole shade lighter overall. That's like reducing AQI by ~60 units.

Woke up 2 cold canadian air this morning finally breaking the heat. Bracing for the smoking coming in 2-3 days though..
