What do yall think? Would you consider 2 beers a night, every day of the week, to be a 'problem?'

I think such a habit could develop into a problem if done over too long a time, yes.
One drink every two days, or three drinks every three days would probably be safe.

By the way, even if you'd drink mid/low-alcohol beer, there are also a lot of fast carbs in it. It is just as bad as drinking soda pop.

There is NO SAFE quantity for alcohol, in the same way there is NO SAFE quantity of radiation exposure.

What you're playing with then is,   is it going to kill you,  BEFORE, comorbidities from eating Hamburdrs,  cancer / heart disease / diabetes.

NT is probably going to die soon from the Hamburdrs though, the Alcohol will only increase those odds slightly.

Dying in general though, isn't what we worry about,  it's the Suffering that comes before hand,  chest pains, trouble climbing stairs, debility , nerve damage,  diabetic foot, gout,  Chemotherapy.

That is wrong.

In standard laboratory design, if you're studying diabetes and you need DIABETIC MICE,  they tried to feed it sugar to cause diabetes, DIDN"T WORK,   no matter how much sugar they fed to the mice,  they wouldn't turn diabetic.  So they switched to feeding them FAT, and the mice rapidly developed diabetes.

This is now STANDARD LAB PROCEDURE,  you want diabetic mice,  you feed it FATS.

Carbs is the primary fuel for the muscle and brain.  The Brain specifically, ONLY runs on glucose, nothing else.  When they talk about KETO, as in the brain running on Ketones during which the body goes into Ketosis,   THIS only happens naturally for HUMANS during states of STARVATION.   It's NOT a good thing, and your body does NOT prefer it.

Carbohydrates earned its bad rep through DIABETES,  which is NOT caused by Sugar.

Diabetus is  the Sugar in the Blood after food intake, and it refuses to COME OUT of the blood.

Under normal circumstances, the Insulin opens your cells (mostly muscle) sugar channel, the cells take in the sugar.

But if you have high Insulin INSENSITIVITY, we call it diabetus,  then the Sugar channel doesn't open,  your body goes WTF,  Your kidneys go, oh crap crap crap, and you pee sugar out of the blood.  LONG TERM bad.

The insulin Insensitivity, comes from malfunction of a protein in the cell which is responsible for opening the sugar channel.  THIS HAPPENS due to an over-buildup of Intromyocelluar LIPIDS.    IN OTHER WORDS,  too much FAT in your cells.

The cause of Diabetus in HUMANS/MICE is NOT sugar,  it is an overconsumption of FATS.

Humans are not omnivores/carnivores,  they are strictly STARCHIVORES, the eaters of starches, tubers, potato, yam, rice, wheat.

This is different for true carnivores, like cats,
you can feed a cat unlimited Fats, it will not turn diabetic, the opposite is true, sugar gives cat diabetes.

Ah, good old TP always thinking he knows everything. Love the guy for his banter here, but some of his takes... Anyways 1 to 2 beers a night isn't a problem, however you will build a tolerance & those 2 beers will stop giving you any good feels sooner than later with everyday consumption. Which is the slippery slope of addiction in action, tolerance increases so you in turn up your dose to counteract that. Next thing you know you're drinking 4 per night, then 6 per night, then 8, on & on... Now there is exceptions to the rules, some people just have more will power & are knowledgeable enough about what they are taking to know to not let it get out of hand. However that is a very very rare exception to the rule & trust me alcohol is literally the worst drug to be addicted to. The withdrawal can literally kill you if you try to go cold turkey from an alcohol. Medically assisted detox is the only semi safe to come off alcohol (benzos to for that matter as alcohol & benzos act on the same areas of the brain. You can literally substitute one for the other to stave off withdrawal). The guy that got me started in the contracting business was a hardcore alcoholic & the things I've seen that man go through because of his alcoholism was literally enough to scare me away from drinking altogether. Throwing full tonic clonic (grand mal) seizures when he didn't drink for a single day, destroyed his liver, then made him so adverse to seeing doctors because they'd always press him to quit drinking that he literally let cancer eat him alive. Very sad thing to see first hand, especially when that person refuses to admit he has a problem & just continually ruins his life by not stopping. He surprisingly made it to 57, but you can easily say dude took a good 10 to 20 years off his life from drinking so heavily.

I personally had a pretty bad opiate habit for many years while all his craziness was going on & from seeing both ends of that spectrum I'd honestly say you're much better off with a heroin or fentanyl addiction than an addiction to alcohol. At least with opiates you can kick them cold turkey safely if you got the willpower. Then when you do manage to quit them they are not up in your face everywhere like alcohol is since it's still legal for whatever reason. Anyways just my two cents on how doing any drug daily can turn out horribly bad & felt like I needed to explain this in response to your question. If you could get yourself down to even 2 beers every other night you'd be much better off, as at least you'll have a dry day every other day which would make your body less likely to quickly build tolerance, which in turn will help tremendously to keep you from getting a full blown physical addiction. Be safe about that drinking habit Noisy & hopefully you'll take my advice to heart! Again not saying it's an all or nothing proposition as there really is very few things that beyond poisons can harm you when using with moderation. Everyday use though is the startof an addiction IMHO.

Probably not at age 40, I used to do at least that.

These days, I have 1 - because I really enjoy a beer at the end of the afternoon - I drink half before dinner and half after.
Michael Wolff says he urged Epstein to release information he had on Trump, but Epstein appeared worried about what Trump would do to him.
Epstein told him, “I may be a pervert, but I’m not crazy.” Epstein continued, "Trump is a man without any scruples.”

hmm... I would say possibly. I think if you're doing anything that's mildly addictive daily for months or years and not taking any breaks, it can definitely creep up on you as something that you'll do out of a mix of habit and necessity. if you drink daily for a few weeks but then kick the habit for a few months, that seems a lot more manageable. healthwise, hard to comment. I think a lot of people do things that aren't very healthy for them but don't realize it or aren't ready to accept it

Any exogenous neuro-transmitter reduces the receptor count in the brain. The brain also reduces its own native production.

This adaptive "tolerance" is how the system is designed to balance the load.  However, if the exogenous is suddenly removed, the body goes into deprivation, and that is when you have things like suicidal ideology and "dark thoughts."

Point is, mankind at large is addicted to artificial stimulation, and we are at an extinction lvl event thanks to that degenerative brain chemistry.
