A bunker is capital.  In a functional society, the balance of arbitrage in worldly "desires" lends "momentary" rights of ownership.

If poo-fan goes off, That arbitrage breaks down, and Ownership is up in the air, and is really only enforced by the strongest military combatant.

That won't be the Billionaire, because his $Billions are just in name. 


Look at what happen to Rvss.  Their 600 Billion in foreign banks, are suddenly not theirs anymore.  How come we're allowed to do this,  because  ownership isn't real,  The strongest most violent "machine" instantaneously redefines "present reality."


So, poo-fan happens,  Rich billionaire flies his Private Jet to New Zealand,  they ring you on the radio, hello hello, Friendly New Zealand here,  Ready to receive your awesomeness, we got all the hookers and cocaines' ready.

You land, They greet you on the tarmac, shake your hand, you walk away, they shoot you in the back of the head, and put your plane up for sale.

Bunker dreams are worthless,   if a billionaire brings this world to distress and dysfunction and think he'll just fly off to New Zealand,  He hasn't thought this through.

What will happen is FAR WORSE.  The reactors all over 'Murica will fall to neglect within a few months to a year.  They require MAJOR energy / labor for general upkeep, even if they were turned off.

These will start melting down all over when "The System" craters.   Without functional national government/infrastructure/debt , the nvkulr upkeep alone would bankrupt any type of economics.
