Now if only I had a 60% to use it with...hint hint.
They are awesome switches.  I was surprised at how heavy they feel though.  They're definitely heavier than my tactile Green Alps.
Hi! nubbinator!  Totally Agree!   :thumb:
Sampling for the Alps Springs done last summer,  When I got time after My R1, R2 All shipped out in Jan,

Didn't receive it yet, but I just bought a Minolta MD 100mm F4 Macro lens for just $50 + shipping! Gotta love e-Bay around the holidays. :D

(Not as mint as this picture but I'll deal with a small dent if the normal price is closer to $200)

Also ordered a  Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter. Gonna use it to stream from my phone to our older Sony TV and possibly in combination with a future tablet.

Nice!  Gj. I have been watching a few 80-200mm f2.8 lenses recently on eBay. I cant justify the money right now, but I can drool a bit. I almost pulled the trigger on one yesterday, but refrained.

100mm macro lens sounds delightful. That's a great pickup. Enjoy. :)

There are currently some good deals going on on eBay as everyone is spending time with their family today.

Not quite in the mail, but I got it for Christmas. Really wasn't expecting to get this at all, very happy with it. Project Essential II.

I don't actually have any records yet, since santa claus wasn't too sure about what kind of music I like, so I dug through my dads old stuff and found some brand new, unused gold, as pictured.

Nope! It's a KWK (Kult Worship Kap). Made by someone who doesn't have much of an artisan presence here at the moment (meaning you won't buy them on geekhack), but we have threads about them strewn about.  :)  (mobile or I'd link)

No this is a Kult Warship Kap, Click Clacks are made by Clack Factory.

Nice get. I've always really liked those turntables, but I've not been able to justify the cost of one for myself when my stanton still works fine. Nice song choice too.

It's E profile on the W... I guess their thinking was it stand out more to find your place quickly. I find it obnoxious for typing on... but it looks cool.

If I bought it myself I wouldn't have been able to justify it either. I wanted to get a second hand Technics for £50 a while ago, but then I ran out of cash :))

After seeing this in person though.. I think I might've been able to justify it. It's a really beautiful piece of kit. One of the few modern stations that looks good, and boy does it look good.

Very nice :)
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
